Ingredients:
- 4 chicken breast fillets (diced)
- 100g breadcrumbs.
- 2 medium eggs
- 1.5 tsp of chilli powder
- 1.5 tsp of garlic granules
- 1.5 tsp of salt
Method:
- Preheat oven to 180 C (360 F).
- Crack the eggs into one bowl and mix well. Mix the breadcrumbs in the other bowl with the dried spices and salt.
- Dip the chicken pieces in the egg, and then in the breadcrumbs, making sure to coat everywhere.
- Cook the chicken for 10-15 minutes, or until the chicken is white the whole way through.
- Best served with some chips (approximately 250 g potatoes).
