Chicken Wrap

Wrap

A wrap is an amazingly versatile meal as you can add in or take out what you want to build a meal that appeals to your tastes.

SERVES 1

Ingredients:

  • 1 tortilla wrap
  • 55 g chicken (diced)
  • 30 g lettuce (shredded)
  • 40 g peppers (sliced)
  • 20 g red onion (sliced)

Method:

  1. Preheat oven to 180 C (360 F).
  2. Bake chicken for 10 minutes, or until fully cooked.
  3. Slice the vegetables and the chicken and mix together.
  4. Place mixture onto the tortilla and wrap up, tucking in both ends to make sure nothing falls out.
