A wrap is an amazingly versatile meal as you can add in or take out what you want to build a meal that appeals to your tastes.

Ingredients:
- 1 tortilla wrap
- 55 g chicken (diced)
- 30 g lettuce (shredded)
- 40 g peppers (sliced)
- 20 g red onion (sliced)
Method:
- Preheat oven to 180 C (360 F).
- Bake chicken for 10 minutes, or until fully cooked.
- Slice the vegetables and the chicken and mix together.
- Place mixture onto the tortilla and wrap up, tucking in both ends to make sure nothing falls out.
