An easy way to make the much-lived Indian meal, all done in only a handful of ingredients!

Ingredients:
- 4 tablespoons Tesco tandoori powder
- 4 tablespoons water
- 4 chicken breasts (diced)
- 160g basmati rice
Method:
- Preheat the oven to 190 C.
- Mix the tandoori powder and the water together.
- Soak the chicken breasts in the tandoori mixture untiol the oven is ready.
- Cook for 15 minutes, or until the chicken is white the whole way through.
- Cook the rice, drain off the excess liquid and portion onto plates with the chicken.
