Tandoori Chicken

An easy way to make the much-lived Indian meal, all done in only a handful of ingredients!

SERVES 4

Ingredients:

  • 4 tablespoons Tesco tandoori powder
  • 4 tablespoons water
  • 4 chicken breasts (diced)
  • 160g basmati rice

Method:

  1. Preheat the oven to 190 C.
  2. Mix the tandoori powder and the water together.
  3. Soak the chicken breasts in the tandoori mixture untiol the oven is ready.
  4. Cook for 15 minutes, or until the chicken is white the whole way through.
  5. Cook the rice, drain off the excess liquid and portion onto plates with the chicken.
