Cannelloni

A delicious dish that is perfect to cook by yourself or for a group when you want lasagna but with twist!

MAKES 21 TUBES

Ingredients:

Method:

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 C (390 F)
  2. Cook up all the mince on the job over a medium heat until it is brown and the juices run clear. Drain off the juices.
  3. Add in the jar of pasta sauce and approximately two tablespoons of the white sauce, and when this is all mixed in add in 2/3 of the cheese. Mix until it’s fully melted.
  4. Using a small spoon transfer the mince to the tubes and then lay them flat in an oven dish.
  5. Cover the tubes with the remainder of the white sauce and top with the remainder of the cheese.
  6. Cook in the oven for 30-40 minutes or until fully cooked.
