MAKES 21 TUBES
Ingredients:
- 680 g beef mince (75% lean)
- 475 g pasta sauce
- 240 g white sauce
- 240 g red cheddar cheese
- 21 cannelloni tubes
Method:
- Preheat the oven to 200 C (390 F)
- Cook up all the mince on the job over a medium heat until it is brown and the juices run clear. Drain off the juices.
- Add in the jar of pasta sauce and approximately two tablespoons of the white sauce, and when this is all mixed in add in 2/3 of the cheese. Mix until it’s fully melted.
- Using a small spoon transfer the mince to the tubes and then lay them flat in an oven dish.
- Cover the tubes with the remainder of the white sauce and top with the remainder of the cheese.
- Cook in the oven for 30-40 minutes or until fully cooked.
